Purification principle:

The oil mist enters the filter chamber from the suction port and is adsorbed on the gas-liquid sintering network. After aggregation, binding and other effects, it slides and sinks to the bottom under the action of gravity. It is discharged to the oil tank through the oil discharge pipe and collected. The remaining small part of the oil mist is completely absorbed by the special primary filter felt at the outlet of the filter chamber, and is also collected into the oil tank. The odorous air discharged from the air outlet is adsorbed by the activated carbon inside the muffler, eliminating it completely. Clean air discharged into the workshop can be reused.

This product is designed for three-stage filtration. The first stage filtration uses gas-liquid sintered mesh covered with PTFE membrane (polytetrafluoroethylene), with a smooth surface and strong oil absorption, which can be repeatedly cleaned and used; The second stage of filtration is a special initial effect filter felt, and the third stage is a high-efficiency activated carbon layer to remove odors. The overall appearance of the machine is beautiful, easy to install and use, and the oil fume removal effect is quite obvious.

In the field of modern mechanical processing, emulsions or cooling oil are generally used as cooling fluids, resulting in a large amount of oil mist and smoke. Particles ranging from 0.3 to 3.5 microns can be inhaled into the human body, posing a threat to health. Oil mist deposits in the work area, which can easily cause work-related accidents and be harmful to the physical and mental health of employees; At the same time, the workplace is filled with fog, which reduces production efficiency; The deposition of oil mist on the wall poses a potential fire hazard on the equipment and may become a cause of internal and electrical system failures in the machine tool. If mist is discharged outdoors, it will damage the environment.
